  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper adjust to your heat preference
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar optional
  • ½ cup chicken broth or water
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Cook the Garlic: Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the Old Bay seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and brown sugar if using. Mix well to combine.
