Healthy No-Bake Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Frozen Muffin Cups with Chocolate Layers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
  • Spoon into lined muffin tray. Freeze 10 min.
  • Melt chocolate with coconut oil. Pour over each cup.
  • Freeze 2 hours or until set. Store in freezer.
